The cuisine of Pescara; authentic flavours and culinary traditions

Pescara is famous for its delicious food: among the typical dishes to taste there are the "arrosticini", sheep skewers on embers, and the "pasta alla chitarra", a homemade pasta with tomato sauce and small meatballs. Don't forget to taste the "parrozzo", a cake of almonds and chocolate.
