Pescara Marathon

Pescara Marathon has reached its 18th edition in 2023. It is an important track event who takes place in the earth of the city, the only marathon of the region. The competition, who was born at the end of 90's from an idea of professor Renato D'Amario, draws every year race walkers from all over Italy and abroad. The participants can race on marathon's distance (42 km) to half marathon (21 km) and relay race.
The edition will take place on 21st and 22nd and the competition will start and end in Piazza Italia. Subscriptions are opened on offcial event website. The price is 30€ for the marathon and 15€ for the half marathon. Pescara Marathon is a very important sport group event for the city of Pescara.
